Monthly Service!
There will be a minimum of four and maximum of eight Zoom or in person sessions scheduled depending on location. A program will be designed specifically for you tailored to your schedule and needs. Our involvement does not stop there. We are committed to assisting you in achieving your fitness goals.
How?
If there are any questions about an exercise, what should be eaten, what supplements to take, or if you are feeling unmotivated we are there for you. We will also create exercise videos and routines for you to follow.
Your Part:
You will need to complete the routines and you can video any point or all of your program for review and submit stats from wearables if used. This method is two fold by creating accountability and ensure you are performing the exercises correctly.
Note: It is your responsibility to attend the sessions.
