Continuation Session — ₪280

Exercise sessions building on what we developed in your initial session. We’ll reinforce and forge positive habits.

Zoom Appointments

20-Minute Workout — ₪90

Increase energy output, boost cardiovascular system, strengthen mind & body, and burn calories with an intense workout via Zoom!

Session may be used to formulate exercise regime or discuss how to implement one.
