    I have been suffering from back trouble for years. I had a particularly bad flare up which made it difficult for me to even walk straight. Yosef gave me a custom made stretching strengthening routine that not only helped me feel better, but has pretty much helped me maintain feeling good. What was great is that he was able to help me with this in just a few sessions. This was a number of months ago and I am still benefiting from what I learned during my sessions with Yosef.

    Ever since I’ve started taking Yosef Kaplan’s fitness class, I’ve noticed an improvement in my overall strength and agility. I need to go to the shooting range for my job, and ever since taking Yosef’s class, and strengthening muscles that most people neglect to strengthen, my marksmanship has improved tremendously.

Yosef has the brains to help anyone achieve the brawn. He’s the real deal in an industry full of wannabees and is the standard by which any trainer should be measured.

    I was told by all the doctors that my sciadica pain was part of pregnancy, and there was nothing to do about it. I suffered thru three pregnancies with sciatica, and in the third month of my fourth I decided there had to be something out there.
    I found Yosef Kaplan to very proffesional and to the point. He put together a costum-made plan for me. He was punctional and modest, which was important for me.
    My sciatica pain was gone within a month, and for the rest of my pregnancy I continued to strengthen my body with the help of Yosef Kaplan, focusing on the parts that helped me carry the baby comfortably. It was the first time i felt good during pregnancy and I believe my birth was easy because my body was fit.
    Two and a half months later, I feel my body ready for the next step. Working out towards a life full of energy and strength.
    I thank G-d for sending Yosef Kaplan my way. He truly is heaven-sent!

    I was in Israel for a month-long research project and Yosef adjusted his schedule to reliably come to my apartment 6 mornings a week to train me. He arrived at 6:30 am – much earlier than any other trainer I contacted was willing to start. He was extremely knowledgable, clear in his instructions and very attentive to what I needed to do to build strength and maintain my fitness. When I returned to California and my regular trainer he was impressed that indeed my fitness was great. I would definitely schedule training sessions with him again when I return to Israel. Thank you Yosef !
