It’s no secret – fitness training has been proven to prevent disease, strengthen your health and improve your confidence and outlook on life. I’ve been involved in fitness my entire life, and as a child I was in gymnastics, in my teenage years I wrestled folkstyle, and freestyle. After high school I began weight training, and in the military as an additional duty, I was selected, trained, and certified as the Flight’s Physical Training leader (PTL), which consisted of 80 personnel. As a PTL I was charged with creating & conducting training sessions, evaluating, testing personnel, and working with those individuals under par in order for them to pass their yearly fitness evaluation. Currently I’m a certified fitness trainer, deeply trained in everything from muscle mechanics to flexibility and cardiovascular dynamics. Not only will I put an exercise regiment together, but I will also work on a nutrition plan that will allow you to obtain positive long lasting results improving your overall health and conditioning.
