LionStrength Fitness is about delving deep within yourself and pulling out your inner strength, the ability to push yourself further and not give up, to overcome pains and stresses of the body. Knowing yourself that you gave it your all and held nothing back.
There is more to exercise than just throwing around some heavy objects or performing movements/holding poses. It takes a certain mental state and concentration. One actually has to be in the right mindset. It doesn’t matter what mode of exercise you choose to perform, whether resistance training or not, it will not be as effective, and could potentially become dangerous.
