Description
A meeting where we will discuss your previous history relating to exercise and discuss your goals. After that, we develop a routine based on what you need to obtain those goals. In addition to that we take girth measurements, body fat percentage using the Jackson Pollock method, establish what your target heart rate should be, as well as basal metabolic rate BMR. The BMR essentially indicates how many calories one should consume broken down into carbohydrates, proteins, and fats on a daily basis to sustain one’s body. Our initial session will consist of a step test, push-ups, and sit-ups to establish a baseline.
Note: In the event this is an online Zoom session there will be adaptations to suit the environment.
